1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently offer the following shipping options within India:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6–8 business days

  • Shipping Cost: ₹48

Express Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Cost: ₹99

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most locations within India.

If delivery is unavailable to your area, you will be notified during checkout or after order confirmation.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable), along with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


5. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Public holidays or operational issues

Rasoiya Maharaj is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery-related concerns.

6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by:

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 3 Days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the package and products

  • Description of the issue

We will review the request and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Rasoiya Maharaj does not offer international shipping.

We may expand international delivery services in the future.
