At Rasoiya Maharaj, customer satisfaction and product quality are extremely important to us. As we deal with homemade food products, we maintain strict quality standards for every order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds are accepted only in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 Days of delivery.

  • The product must remain unused or minimally used.

  • Customers must provide clear photos/videos of:

    • The damaged product

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Order details

Requests submitted without proper proof may not be approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or consumed food products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Orders returned because of incorrect customer address details

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes

As our products are homemade food items, we cannot accept returns once products have been opened or used.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Exchange Policy

In eligible cases involving damaged or defective products, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Rasoiya Maharaj.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery caused by us, the return shipping cost (if applicable) will be borne by Rasoiya Maharaj.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in cases where the issue is not related to product damage or error from our side.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
